Write the things you need to hear:
- I am enough. I am not too much.
- I am allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece, simultaneously.
- I am a self-caring, self-compassionate adult.
- I release more faith in life. Whatever comes my way, I CAN MANAGE.
- I release my need to control WHAT I CANNOT.
- I forgive myself. I am moving forward in healing.
