  1. I am enough. I am not too much.
  2. I am allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece, simultaneously.
  3. I am a self-caring, self-compassionate adult.
  4. I release more faith in life. Whatever comes my way, I CAN MANAGE.
  5. I release my need to control WHAT I CANNOT.
  6. I forgive myself. I am moving forward in healing.
